So we purchased two of these to go to Vegas, brilliant invention, allowed me to sleep when normally I have no chance, and all the aircrew wanted to know where we got them as they thought they were an excellent idea. The size of the mouth piece is large, so you have to get your whole mouth around it, but is quite easy, and very quick to inflate and more importantly very easy to deflate (good for when your food / drinks arrive). Unfortunately the cap came off one of our pillows but we didnt notice until we were off the plane (think it might be a design fault), which was annoying as it made the pillow unusable, we checked on the way back to make sure we kept the cap with the bag...On return to the UK the seller has been tremendous and offered to send us a replacement pillow which we now have, brilliant idea and the gap in the middle of these pillows means your arms have somewhere to go...very much appreciated, thank you

I bought this product for a holiday to Vietnam as I have great difficulty sleeping on a plane. It looked like a good idea and the reviews were good. It inflates/deflates really easily but when the seat in front is inclined back (so they can sleep), I found that there was insufficient space to put the travel pillow on the meal table and then have enough space to get the angle right for my head to rest on the cushion !! I deflated it a bit more and used it as a cushion leaning against the window but couldn't get comfortable there either !! So, I cant honestly say whether its a good product or a poor product as far as I'm concerned. Other reviewers can't all be wrong so I think the problem is me !!

This is a super pillow and very handy on long haul travel when you are not in the comfort of business or upper class.
The downside is that with a lot of seats now having the trays in the arm, the tray can’t support the weight sufficiently- however this is the issue of a plane and not really relevant to coach or train travel. Glad I brought it as I never sleep on planes and only yesterday, I managed 3 hours of a 13 hit flight with this pillow which was previously unheard of!! Great buy

I bought it for my boyfriend before his trip to New York. After 8-hours flight he said that it was the great idea to take this pillow. It’s really comfy and easy to inflate. The surfase is soft and nice to touch. I think I have to buy one for myself too.

I received it and I tried it at home .
I think it will be the first time ever that i will be able to sleep in a long airplane flight.
It was easy to inflate with about 10 exhalations .My height is 1,70m (5’7”) and I found out this pillow amazingly stable and the standart position seems to be very confortable.
I dont see any reason to this item to be forbidden in some flights, as I read here in other comments. Firstly it is not so big as it seems in the pictures and secondly because it can be drained out in about 5 seconds.
The valve is easy to pull out and big enough to insert a finger inside it so the air drains out in few seconds.
I'm going to have a continuos 25hours flight (3 flights in a row with several hour between them) so I hope I can use this pillow !!
Otherwise I wont be able to sleep more than 30 minutes and I'll have the usuual dreams of beeing a circus contortionist .
I guess I'v made a great buy !!

Really easy to inflate and a good item, used on a long haul and it did improve my sleep and flight experience.

It’s a good size, seems big to begin with but in the plane it seemed fine. Some of my fellow travellers did have a good laugh when I got it out but I had the last laugh when we landed and I had 8hours sleep!

I have heard some crew will not allow these to be used but I had no issues. I probably wouldn’t be able to bring myself to use on a day flight!

Great travel pillow that is easy to blow up. I feel these are much more comfortable than the standard neck supports that I've used previously. This comes with a pair of foam ear defenders and elasticated eye patches and a drawstring bag to hold everything in.
Deflating the pillow can be a little tricky but it's worth persevering with it.

If you intend to use them on airlines, it may be worth make sure you liaise with the airline in advance to see if you're allowed to use these on board - you can't use these on TUI flights but this has nothing to do with the manufacturers of this product.

A product like this is always going to have differing opinions. For me, this worked. It inflates in seconds, the valve opening is huge!

When flying, as a tall person, I cant really lay on the table, my head contacts the seat in front first. In the past I've constructed towers with my bag, pillow and blanket and had some success at sleeping. This pillow does away with all that.

You can put you arms through it so its stable, put your face into it or lay to either side. All are comfortable for me and I vary when sleeping often.

When not in use it's a substantial size, but still about 1/3 of the size of a memory foam travel pillow and fits inside my rucksack as opposed to being clipped to the outside.

I'm happy with it after 4 flights.
