Worse experience with this brand! Just a little over a year and the cooker is no longer able to maintain its temperature. Rice goes bad the next day. We owned Tiger brand previously before switching to this brand and probably a big mistake. For the price of this machine ($219.99), I don't recommend anyone to purchase unless you don't care if it goes bad after a year of use. Very disappointed!!

This is our second cuckoo rice maker and we are hooked. When my husband bought the first one I thought that it seemed a bit excessive, but even I turn into a major rice lover because of it. It makes the perfect batch of rice, and it stays good and fresh in there for days. Our first one lasted about three years, which I think is pretty good considering we have it running 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Unfortunately, I have not learned to use it because it speaks Korean and I do not. My husband could teach me the easy steps of Making the rice Without having to understand what the machine says, but I kind of like having one less task in the kitchen! It’s nice that he can be the one always responsible for rice.

English instructions were not very clear. Needed to ask a friend to read the Korean instructions to translate. The cooker itself is great. Just don't understand all the capabilities. The cook book that came with it was in Korean so that didn't help. Cooking white rice and multigrain rice is fantastic. Just wish they would write the instructions clearer. "GABA" rice?

After using it over 4 yrs, the previous one was acting up with few problems such as not relieving steam and making the cooked rice smell a bit after a day or so. So I started looking for new one. There are many newer models, but I've read reviews on other models mentioning few problems, so I just bought the same model that I was using for about 5 years. So far, it's functioning very well.

With so many options this product has to offer I bought this to cook rice. I can say it cooked the rice perfectly and no burnt on the bottom of the rice. I recommend this.

Good looking and works well.

Item stopped keeping rice warm after 6 months and gave it the old rice smell. Amazon wouldn’t even exchange it for me. Do not recommend.

My wife loves this one. I have to admit it is pretty good rice. I made it wrong the first time because I added the normal amount of water to the rice. SInce it is a pressure cooker, it uses very little water. An added bonus, the voice tells you when the steam releases and to stir the rice at the very end.
