Dadpool has already killed every hero in the Marvel Universe, but he isn't through. This time...Deadpool's gonna take down the most famous characters in classic literature! Why read a book when you can watch a book die?! Tom Sawyer gets slashed in TWAIN! The Little Women's throats MAY get ALL-CUT! Scrooge gets a visit from THREE BULLETS! Gulliver gets a SWIFT DEATH! The Three Musketeers are all for DONE! Sherlock Holmes gets to the bottom of HIS OWN GRAVE! And more book-related puns! Can Deadpool rid the universe of the scourge of classical literature? Throw away your library card and buy this book! You never knew how badly you needed this!

Forget about killing the Marvel Universe... Deadpool's gotta take out anything that may have inspired the Marvel writers! So he dives into all the great classics on a murderous rampage, and it's highly entertaining!

It's also shorter than I would have liked, which was the case with Part 1 as well (Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe). But it does a good job of continuing a storyline that goes beyond random carnage. If you're at least vaguely familiar with classic literature... Sleepy Hollow, Tom Sawyer, Moby Dick, Sherlock Holmes, The Jungle Book, Dracula... You'll get a kick out of this collection, even if you skip the first one.

The best part may be that as he kills each character, he sees visions of the Marvel characters that they were based on. The writers certainly gave it some thought, and the result is a lot of fun to read. I'm looking forward to the conclusion!

This is NOT for kids!

This is part 2 of the three part Deadpool Killogy story arc and it's easily my favorite Deadpool story ever. It's definitely darker & more twisted than most DP stories but fans of the character will love it. I don't want to give any spoliers & you really don;t need any - it jumps right into the story and does not disappoint!

*The three part Killogy story (Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe, Deadpool Killustrated & Deadpool Kills Deadpool) can also be purchased as a single book.

One of 3 in the "Deadpool Kills" trilogy. (Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe, Deadpool Killustrated, Deadpool kills Deadpool)I enjoyed this book very much! Deadpool realizes that if he kills the literary characters who inspired the modern Super Heroes...he might stop the "creators" from continuing the continual life of pain and struggle these heroes face and maybe even finally end his own life in the process. There are a number of heroes from Captain Ahab, Scrooge, Tom Sawyer and even Little Women and with each kill he envisions the modern super heroes that these characters inspired. It's up to Sherlock Homes and a small group of heroes to attempt to stop him...if they can. Great art and great writing!

This is a new one in my list of favorite stories of the merc without a mouth. The idea is fantastic and in contradistinction to the previous volume this is the Deadpool that (#nohomo) I love: he is clever, unpredictable, full of surprises. In this volume he hunts the ideas/characters that populated our tales and fantasies as kids, but not peaceful ones as he is determined to end them once and for all. But before he has to lock horns with one very clever and famous character.

Deadpool is not known for its outstanding storylines so this was a refreshing twist on a really well realized comic book. It had amazing work is usually really nice but this was particlularly enjoyable. I am not a Deadpool fanatic but if you want a fun read, I would recommend it.

It took sometime for this to come, but I was kept informed at all times of the delay. This is going to be a Christmas gift so I didn't mind. Got to take a look inside and I do believe my daughter will love this. I have bought many other Deadpool books like this and she enjoyed reading each one.

It's the sequel to Deadpool Kills The Marvel Universe, and it's written by the same people. I was disappointed because it isn't your typical funny Deadpool; it's much darker and not the silly weirdness I love and expected. It's not terrible, and a lot of people love the story. It just wasn't my cup of tea, and neither was the first one. I prefer the way Daniel Craig writes Deadpool.

This was a fun read. A bit less rushed than Deadpool killing the Marvel Universe. The humor is better as well. Knowing all of the classics referenced made it more humorous. The expanded scenes are good times but some feel a bit incomplete. A totally solid read overall though.

... da kam der boese Deadpool und macht sie beide kalt.

Weeell, a lovely idea, perfectly illustrated, what does one actually want more? In the beginning I did not like the idea, but somehow I i got curious and started reading. The result: I was quite impressed. the whole story is very naughty at some points and it would not work with any other character but Wade. It seems more 'realistic' to see him kill all those old literature heroes then anyone else. I also enjoyed the humor and I found myself looking forward to how this whole mess will continue...

He jumped the whale.
Enough said.

If killing the Marvel Universe wasn't enough, Deadpool is now out to kill all literary figures across history, as well as the idea of heroes themselves. The second part of the Deadpool Killology.
A good read with great art and classic Deadpool humour and violence.
