Honestly I love this Mic. I review products on YouTube frequently and I've got to say, this product is pretty solid when it comes to a reliable clean audio source. It's got a 20 foot long cable and for what I do its plenty of slack. I'll post a video so you can see the quality you can expect.

As an individual who works with professional sound daily, I have to say that this microphone exceeded my expectations. I like the fact that this came with 20ft of cable. Most Lav mics have short cables leaving the consumer on his/her own to purchase an extension cable. On the other hand, long cable(s) can sometimes be a task to manage. Overall, I'm very happy with this product. View my attached video for a more in-depth review.

For my full review head over to Dad's Den on YouTube as I give you more details and thoughts on this lapel mic. As always, my reviews are based on price vs performance to see if it's a good value. I give this 5 stars because I don't think you will find a better lapel mic for a cheaper price than this.

Design/Features:

- Made with good quality and I really liked the thick cord as it felt durable.
- The 360* degree mic picked up my comments nicely.
- The clips were durable and gripped well.
- Easy to use plug and play.
- Love how they provided a 6mm jack.

Performance:

- I thought the sound of this microphone was very nice.
- It was easy to use, just plug and play.
- I did want a volume control option on the mic.

Recommendations:

If you are looking for a very good performing lapel mic and you are on a budget, this is a great choice.

Ok...so I thought these would work alright, but I found out that they are fantastic I got these for producing my YouTube content and for doing small interviews. Most times I shoot with one of my mirrorless cameras(A Panasonic G85 or Canon M50), but every now and then I shoot with my smartphone(Samsung Galaxy S7), and with this mic it doesn't matter which I'm shooting with because it works with both. I've read that the battery last for months, and that what really matters to me. I was shooting all my videos with my Saramonic Wireless Lavalier system, but it can be a hassle sometimes because of the 4 AA batteries that I have to use and the setup and size can be a little annoying as well when shooting out and about.

In all honestly the only things to me that could be improved is the lack of a battery indicator light. And this one will sound weird because it is good and bad at the same time - the length of cord. I wish somehow you could have the option to go very long or go shorter. The cord is around 20 feet long, and that's good, but sometimes it can be in the way. Not a big deal you can coil it I guess.
Anyway, this mic has simplified my life and given me clean/clear quality audio in the process. I'm amazed at how hot the signal is. For 20 bucks it really is a no brainer. I highly recommend this mic.

Update: It's been over a month and thisbis my new favorite mic. Voice recording on the camera and ipad videos are very clean, crisp and clear. Love it!

You really get a lot with the purchase of the mic. Comes with two batteries (one already installed), a computer jack adaptor, clip and very long cord.

I needed something to work on my IPad, Samsung phone and Canon video camera, and it does all three well.

Make sure it is off when you are using this with the tablets and/or smart phones or it will echo. Also make sure that you turn it on when using it with a camera or it won't work at all.

The sound quality is great when using with all devices, and I could not be happier.

This microphone took me by surprise. After hours of research trying to decide between one of these cheaper lav mics or a more expensive one such as the Rode Lav, I landed on this one and went for it.

This is an excellent-sounding lavalier microphone for the price. I am using it with a Zoom H1 recorder and I can honestly say the audio I get from this little guy is far better than my Rode VideoMic recordings.

My favorite feature of this microphone is that it can be used with either a camera/recorder OR a smartphone. By turning it off, you then enable it to be plugged in to an iPhone or Android device and record straight into the stock recorder app. I haven't tested this so I can't say how the quality is when used with a phone, but it's nice to have that feature if you don't always have a dedicated recorder with you.

All in all, for the price this thing is great. It's got a looooooooooooooong cable and a solid metal battery capsule that gives it a very premium feel for a price that can't really be beat.

 Lieferumfang :

Very nice product!! I usually use a mobile to record some videos, and with the mic, the sound is much better. Specially because I put the camera on 2m distance. Also, I have to say that the Mic comes with batteries, but I am not using it as with the smartphone it doesn't need it. Any question please I will be happy to answer.

The mic performs very well. Just wish there was some kind of indicator that told you battery life. That's the only real issue I have. Other than that the audio quality is good. Works very well. It does come with a crazy amount of cable. So be aware.

So far excellent results and much much better than the Boya version of this which I bought and had to return. The construction is very similar to the Boya, including the badly designed battery compartment. It is VERY difficult to get the battery out.

I fitted the foam cover and clip and tested it clipped to my clothing. I have used it with both smartphone and a video camera and the sound was clear and full range without any noticeable muffling. I can't say how low the hiss levels are absolutely, but they were very low and not something that stood out at all.

Overall very pleased to have paid that little bit more for this over the similar Boya.

This mic works well enough while I am actually speaking (recording into Canon DSLR) but as soon as I pause, even to get a breath, a background hiss comes in. This is not there when I use other mics so the prob is with this design. I shall get back to the manufacture and see what they have to say. Not really recommended
