Programming the Microsoft Bot Framework: A Multiplatform Approach to Building Chatbots (Developer Reference)
Programming the Microsoft Bot Framework: A Multiplatform Approach to Building Chatbots (Developer Reference)
Excellent book! I heartily recommend the book to anyone who wants to delve into this innovative technology from Microsoft, starting from the basics and reaching advanced topics such as the creation of personalized control channels or the integration with voice, mail, SMS and web services, as well as with Microsoft Cognitive Services, which empower modern applications based on Artificial Intelligence.

Unfortunately, two of the APIs on which the code examples included in the book are based, Wine.com and Groove, were retired by their respective creators after the book was sent to print. But this fact, in my humble opinion, does not impact at all the understanding of the underlying concepts, which are presented in a clear and didactic manner. Anyways, the author has rewritten all that sample source code using dummy data and the Spotify API (which is the Groove replacement, at the end of the day) and made it available from his blog.
Alice Schroeder: The Snowball : Warren Buffett and the Business of Life (Hardcover); 2008 Edition
Alice Schroeder: The Snowball : Warren Buffett and the Business of Life (Hardcover); 2008 Edition
The Snowball is an in-depth review of Warren Buffett's life. At times I found this book surprisingly candid as it identified the frailties as well as strengths of Warren Buffett. This helped me associate with Warren Buffett the person and in my opinion, makes him seem all the more impressive given the challenges he had to overcome during this rise to fame. In addition to a candid personal assessment, this book provides a solid approach to wealth management as well as living life in general. I found The Snowball to be a must read for those interested in leadership, self-help, or even just a good story about a remarkable individual.

Radical Simplicity: How Simplicity Transformed a Loss-Making Mega Brand into a World-Class Performer
I couldn't put this book down! Part autobiography, part leadership manifesto, in this easy-to-read book Ken Allen shares his SELF Reflection philosophy of Leadership that produced one of the greatest turnarounds in corporate history. Most strategies fail because they're too complicated or because of poor implementation. He says you cannot run a large organisation such as DHL from behind a desk. You've got to get out and about and engage with your people. Ken puts employees at the centre of building a successful organisation. However, not symbolically as many Leaders do. Instead, he turns the front-line into heroes! Ken walks his talk and sets the bar very high for other leaders who aspire to do great things! A worthy read!

Henry Ford - The Inspirational Life Story Of Henry Ford: From Automobiles To Philosophy (Inspirational Life Stories By Gregory Watson Book 5)
“Henry believes that there are really no accidents in life. All of your experiences can be used to learn something new.” In such a simple concise book we learn all about Henry Ford not only what we may have already known from the history books but the unknown. We learn of his early life, marriage, career and his business failures and successes. We learn of his great contributions how Ford dealt with labor turnovers and labor unions. How the pacifist and the innovator ruled his company as a dictator. We also learn what Ford can teach us that still works today.

Excellently written Watson has thoroughly researched giving us the man behind the genius. Not wasting words on fluff we learn just the facts that make for an outstanding read. Not only for school age children to learn about a great person from history but for business students to learn of successes and failures as well as principles of the history of business plans. With so much to be learned of the life of Henry Ford this is a great addition to any library.

Collectible President Donald Trump Troll Doll - Hair to the Chief
Cute Trump troll...but the hair is overly stiff. Now I know 45 uses a lot of "product" to keep his coif properly positioned, but I like my trolls to have soft, flowing hair...so after some seriously aggressive combing, I did get it more to my liking...now it sort of looks like it's blowing in the wind ;)

shop4ever Re-Elect Trump 2020 Make Liberals Cry Again Women's V-Neck T-Shirt Political Shirts Slim FIT
The shirt itself fit great but the sleeves were way too tight. My bicep is only 10" around. I would expect a small to have some room but it is cutting off the circulation. It relaxes a little bit as I wear it, but as soon as I wash it again at super tight. Otherwise I really like the look of the print and the color of the shirt, I just only wish the sleeves were a little bigger. Maybe it's just this shirt, maybe someone else wouldn't have the same problem. I am only speaking from my experience.
The Story of Gospel Music
The Story of Gospel Music
This documentary from BBC was excellent and thorough in terms of research, especially the history of music during the slave days, but the parade of talking heads (who seem to finish each other's line of dialogue ...was this pre-scripted?) got old and dry. I don't even remember that they noted who the experts were.

Some of the experts were musicians and church folks, but none spoke with the fire contained in the music. The music selections were way too short, and just when I'd start to be inspired, they moved along to another segment. The most moving parts contained some clips from "Say Amen Somebody," the tribute to Thomas Dorsey, but even here they snipped them short. If you want to crawl under the skin of this music and those who pioneered it, get "Say Amen Somebody." If you love this music, view SAS, then this documentary, then run back to view "Say Amen Somebody."
Don't Fight The Feeling: The Complete Aretha Franklin & King Curtis Live At Fillmore West
Don't Fight The Feeling: The Complete Aretha Franklin & King Curtis Live At Fillmore West
By 1971, Aretha Franklin was the undisputed "Queen of Soul." yet, she had never recorded a proper live album, according to Atlantic Records producer and exec Jerry Wexler, who had signed Franklin to the label in 1966.

Between 1966 and 1971, Aretha recorded a string of R&B and blues hits for Atlantic including her signature song "Respect." She was an unparalled success, but by early 1971, she had suffered the breakup of a marriage, a rumored breakdown and struggled with other personal problems that kept her out of the Atlantic recording studios for much of 1969.

However, by 1970-71, Aretha had given birth to another child (her fourth son) and had re-emerged on the music scene, revitalized and ready to make new music. Although her name and records were fixtures in many black American homes, Wexler wanted to cross her over to mainstream audiences. He decided to record a live album with Franklin at the perfect crossover venue, San Francisco's Fillmore West, a small theater that played host to hippie or "longhair" audiences.

The Fillmore crowds often took in rock concerts by the likes of Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix (both deceased by 1971), Jefferson Airplane and the Grateful Dead. Wexler figured this would be the prime time to present Franklin's brand of gospel-fueled soul to the Fillmore's regulars.

Although the Fillmore was a smallish venue for Franklin, Wexler convinced her it would provide the right intimate setting for a live recording.

He was right. For three nights in March of 1971, Aretha played to enthusiastic audiences of white hippies, conservatives, blacks, Asians, men and women and just plain old Aretha junkies. the result was the album ARETHA LIVE AT FILLMORE WEST, released on Atlantic in May 1971.

The album became a best-selling recording and the exciting live album that Wexler had always wanted. It was much better than "Aretha In Paris," a previous live recording from 1968 that found Aretha backed by a traditional and sometimes stiff sounding show band.

For the Fillmore dates, Wexler persuaded Aretha to replace her show band with a funked up group led by super-saxophonist King Curtis (Curtis Ousley). Curtis (who also wrote many of the arrangements for the Fillmore dates) also recruited the musicians, which included Truman Thomas (elec. piano), Bernard "Pretty" Purdie (Drums), Pancho Morales (Congas), Cornell Dupree (guitarist) and bassist Jerry Jemmott. To this ensemble, dubbed "the Kingpins," Curtis added special guest organist Billy Preston and the Memphis Horns.

The result was a funky band ready to groove and get down with "the Queen." As I said before, some of the music recorded at the Fillmore West was released as two seperate Atlantic albums, one by Aretha, and the other by King Curtis, "Live At Fillmore," released just three months after Aretha's Fillmore set. Both of those albums have been expanded and remastered for the digital age.

The result is "DON'T FIGHT THE FEELING: THE COMPLETE ARETHA FRANKLIN AND KING CURTIS LIVE AT THE FILLMORE WEST," a four disc, limited-edition set that includes 61 tracks, 42 of them previously unreleased.

If you are an Aretha completist, like me, it's absolutely essential.

You get to hear most of the music recorded by Aretha, King Curtis and the Kingpins over the course of the three night engagement.

"DON'T FIGHT THE FEELING..." includes both of the original live albums by Curtis and Aretha, as well as songs that were edited from the 1971 albums. Fans will get to hear Aretha tackling Jimmy Webb's "Mixed Up Girl," a tune previously recorded by singer Thelma Houston and perhaps performed only occasionally in Franklin's shows around this period. Also included are live renditions of three of Aretha's biggest hits "Call Me" "Share Your Love With Me," and "You're All I Need to Get By," which were edited from the original Fillmore album.

For the Fillmore dates, Aretha also interpreted songs composed by mainstream rock and pop musicians/songwriters Paul Simon, Stephen Stills and David Gates, and this set includes her soulful readings of "Bridge Over Troubled Water," "Make It With You," and "Love The One You're With."

One of the highlights of Aretha's original Fillmore live album was an extended reprise of one of her own compositions "Spirit In the Dark," in which she was joined by The Genius, Ray Charles ("He's the right Reverend, ain't he?," Aretha is heard asking the Fillmore crowd at one point...) Their historic workout on "Spirit" runs almost 20 minutes. And, as it was on the 1971 recording, "Spirit" remains as one of the high points of "DON'T FIGHT THE FEELING."

The liner notes reveal that Charles had to be convinced to let Atlantic release his portion of the show. He had to be convinced that his impromptu performance lived up to his high standards.

And does it ever! It's one of the few times Aretha and Ray were featured on a commercial recording together. They would perform on television together.

The only drawback to the four disc set is that some of the tunes become repeatative because they are repeated on the discs. So you get to hear Aretha tear into another of her classics, "Dr. Feelgood," at least three times. However, each time she does something a little bit different (Aretha never sings a song the same way). In addition to the often inspired bits of singing, you also get to hear a few missed cues, some strained notes, a crack in a lyric, and a few missteps by the band (usually the horns) and Aretha's backup singers. For example, each time the band launehed into "You're All I Need...," the singers, billed here as the "Sweethearts of Soul" (Brenda Bryant, Margeret Branch (Aretha's cousins) and Pat Smith) missed their opening cue. Not once mind you, but each time the song was performed. It's hilarious. but the kind of thing that makes a live performance so fascinating.

Turns out, even Aretha was surprised by the reception she received from the Fillmore crowds. She's heard telling them: "You have been much more than I could have ever expected..." and she promises them that they will hear more of her work wirh King Curtis. Sadly, this was not to be, for Curtis was eventually murdered, stabbed to death outside his New York apartment in August, 1971. Fittingly, this four disc set also includes some of his last recordings and serves as a fitting tribute to his memory.
Dylan (1973) (Blu-Spec CD2)
Dylan (1973) (Blu-Spec CD2)
Issued in November 1973 after Bob Dylan's signing with Asylum Records and then announcing his 1974 comeback tour with The Band. It had no input from Dylan and appeared to be released by CBS as some kind of 'revenge' album for leaving the label. Yet thank goodness they did, otherwise we may never have heard these marvellous tracks. Gleaned from the Nashville 'Self Portrait' sessions in April/May, 1969, and from the 'New Morning' sessions about a year later, we hear Dylan doing a bunch of covers of classic songs in what is arguably his most musically beautiful voice and with stunning musicianship from his studio band. The album appeared cheesy at the time and has received much flak from critics, but with the historical perspective of the 'Bootleg Series' releases we can see how these musical experiments came about. About a month or so after recording his country rock masterpiece, 'Nashville Skyline', Dylan returned to the same Columbia Music Row Studios in Nashville to record what should have been his second Nashville country album. With only one original and a collection of classic covers (Hank Snow, The Everly Brothers, Johnny Cash and Elvis), Dylan revels in his new found ability to play pure country. By creating the following playlist it is possible to hear what this album would have sounded like;
1. Living the Blues (released on Self Portrait)
2. Spanish is the Loving Tongue (released on Dylan)
3. Take Me as I Am (or Let Me Go) (released on Self Portrait)
4. A Fool Such as I (released on Dylan)
5. I Forgot More (Than You'll Ever Know) (released on Self Portrait)
6. Let It Be Me (released on Self Portrait)
7. Take a Message to Mary (released on Self Portrait)
8. Blue Moon (released on Self Portrait)
9. Ring of Fire (released on Travelling' Thru, The Bootleg Series Vol.15)
10. Folsom Prison Blues (released on Travelling' Thru, The Bootleg Series Vol.15)

Listen to this playlist and it is hard not to agree that this is the closest Dylan came to sounding like Elvis. The other tracks on 'Dylan' can be slotted into the 'New Morning' sessions in a similar fashion to give a much more rounded feel to what happened in the studio between recording his new originals at that time. 'Dylan', then, is an album that really must be heard in its historical context, though having said that, the wonderful cover of Mr Bojangles is worth the price alone.
Slow Train Coming by Dylan, Bob Original recording remastered edition (2004) Audio CD
Slow Train Coming by Dylan, Bob Original recording remastered edition (2004) Audio CD
There is a lot I would like to write about people reviewing records, Cd's and music in general but that would be USELESS. The point I'm would like to make is: review should be about each particular edition of each particular album or record on a particular medium. People, at least 90% (or most of them) , are buying because they know this particular piece of music or the artist, they've chosen to buy. So for all of you who are writing abut the history or discography and detailed biography of any artist - it is a waste of time, do not brag about your knowledge, who cares?
What I'm interested in is the quality of a particular edition of a particular album or record. How does it sound in comparison to the original. Period.
That said I'll write about this album, one of my very favorite records which I own already in three different formats.
First of all - it is (my copy of course), junk, crap, absolute rip of, this record released by Music on Vinyl (yes, Amazon specifies the label, as "International") it is nicely packaged, but the quality or lack of it is disheartening. The background noise is just awful, there are pops and clicks just like on an old, used record. I hoped for improved sound and what I've go is piece of vinyl junk. My old "overplayed" copy sound much better and "Cleaner" than this. For the same reason I just requested refund for recently released record by ULTRAVOX - Vienna (I was promised a good copy by the seller as a refund - I shall find out.) Same goes for this record, I'll be requesting refund or replacement.
Music on this album should 5 stars, but for the quality of the pressing gets 1, although it should be - 0
I buy a lot of music on Amazon and most of it is Vinyl or SACD, because of the quality of sound, I wish all of the music or at least my favorite album and records would be released on SACD or downloadable hi resolution files, just to avoid this kind of problems.
Yes, Vinyl Rules!!!
Unfortunately there are a lot of people trying to take advantage of music lovers. Just like the "artists" from Music On Vinyl.
WZRELB RBP-500012S Pure Sine Wave 5000W (10000W Surge) 12V Power Inverter DC to AC Power - Solar, RV
WZRELB RBP-500012S Pure Sine Wave 5000W (10000W Surge) 12V Power Inverter DC to AC Power - Solar, RV
This installation is in a remote outbuilding, the location makes running shore power impractical. I had previously been using an "inexpensive" 400/800w modified sine inverter to power my lights, but any load beyond small drill would make it go into fault mode and I'd be sitting in the dark, plus the led fixtures would flutter. The building is wired for a generator which works fine (and gives me an excuse to run it on a regular basis), but it's another step when all I need to do is make a quick cut. I found myself grabbing a hand saw at times as it was easier.
This unit is installed using 1/0 cabling, a 400 amp fuse and cutoff switch (no draw unless I turn it on). The hard wire ports on the inverter are used to wire it directly into the breaker box as using the outlets on the inverter only supplies half the available power per outlet. As this building fully wired, powering it at the breaker box means all the outlets, inside and outside lights, etc. work. I'm able to use the 1/0 cable as I have very short runs (and equal length cables), if you have more distance between your battery bank and the inverter you'll want a larger gauge. The group 27 and 29 batteries are wired parallel with a solar panel to keep them topped off. If you're planning on extended use you'll want more batteries. There is no transfer switch so the "inverter" and "generator" breakers are mutually exclusive, having them both on at once would would end badly. Fortunately it's hard to accidentally roll the generator outside, start it and plug it in, practically idiot proof.
The second picture show the idle draw for this unit, 2.37 amps/29.3 watts. For comparison the 400/800W modified sine unit has an idle load of .73 amps/9.2 watts. Basically 10X the power with only 3X the idle draw. I checked this using a battery meter sold here on Amazon which works great but only has a 100 amp shunt. For permanent installation a 500 amp shunt is needed, so in subsequent pictures (and under load) the meter is just measuring static voltage.
I wasn't sure what would happen when I ran the big saws, I didn't try them before shooting the video so you're seeing the first attempt. What you can't see is my smile, at that point I was quite a few hours into the installation. The startup load on these big motors is several times the rated amp draw when they're running but the inverter didn't bat an eye. Pure sine also means cleaner power so even motors will generally run cooler, the benefits for more delicate electronics is already well known. I didn't try running both saws, but as a practical matter I don't work that way but did enjoy having the TV, lights, heater blower, stereo, etc. on while I was making the video which is pretty decadent!
Jeff Beck: Crazy Fingers Softcover
Jeff Beck: Crazy Fingers Softcover
I couldn't say that Jeff Beck is `the greatest guitarist on the planet' because I don't believe that there is any such thing. There are simply the elect handful whose talent, skill and above all discipline have allowed them to become true master musicians, who have transcended or even redefined the limitations of their instrument. What is beyond doubt is that Beck has played a critical role in the story whereby the electric guitar has become an instrument in its own right, rather than just a louder guitar. One with a capacity for expressiveness to rival that of any other instrument, and indeed which has allowed musicians of the late 20th Century to penetrate into regions of emotional and dramatic power that were essentially inaccessible to purely acoustic instruments. What is also the case is that Beck is a supreme stylist, having evolved a broad range of techniques with which he has inspired countless imitators, but seems never at a loss to find new tricks to pull from up his sleeve. It's also true that the man is a musical chameleon like no other, never standing still long enough for a label to be hung around his neck, or to pick up the kind of mass audience that so many of his friends and cohorts have enjoyed.

Annette Carson's book about the life and extraordinary times of the great man is terrific fun, not least for the light it shines on the whole burgeoning rock'n'roll scene to which Beck was so central. Packed with revelatory anecdotes, the one that left the biggest impression being how the first Led Zeppelin was a clandestine session involving Beck, Page, Rod Stewart, a singer Beck had picked up at a motorway service station, and a disaffected Keith Moon. John Paul Jones was dragged in when a similarly disaffected Entwistle bottled out. Moon prevaricated, things moved on, and thus history took the course we know it to have taken. The name, Lead Zeppelin, was in fact a Moonism, being a sort of larger Lead Balloon. Lead became Led to avoid mispronunciation. Just one of many amazing stories in this great little book. But alongside the history and anecdote the book really achieves what a biography should do and so often fails to. Namely, to paint a compelling portrait of its subject. By the end of the book we feel we know Jeff very well, and he comes across as a man full of finely balanced contradictions which are all there to be heard in the music, or rather all the different kinds of music which he has been driven to explore. Alongside the strutting and arrogant guitar hero, fierce and defiant, there is a second soul who is almost too sensitive for the world. Though Jeff never succumbed to the drugs endemic to the rock and roll lifestyle, which ravaged so many of his friends and colleagues, the demands of touring and simply of being the kind of musician he is all conspired to make a bumpy road for Jeff. He is a man who has clearly had to stay in close touch with his subconscious in order to honour and cultivate his very exacting muse. This has led to a career in which so many times he has felt the need to turn left, when the world and showbiz logic would dictate he turn right.

I must say, when the book arrived I was a little disappointed that it only covered the years up to 1995, as I am one of those who really took up with Jeff since Blow by Blow onwards, and who is really enjoying the extraordinary variety of influences he is expressing and paying homage to in his current work. Nonetheless, once I got stuck in I found myself amongst a cast of names and characters whom I'd grown up loving or loathing in my own crazy and now far distant youth. For a short while this great little book made me feel young again. Nice one, Annette.

Tiny Toon Adventures Season 1
Tiny Toon Adventures Season 1
THIS DVD PLAYS ON REGION 2 DVD PLAYERS.

Now, this series is the last of any of Looney Tunes knock off that was decent. This set is a nostalgic no holds barred parody and really a salute to the original Looney Tunes.
A pop culture packed show, which runs for 20 odd minutes a time with cut scenes of modern culture and culture parodies.
The set isn't held with an iron fist by censors like today, which is crazy to believe that this series is around 20 year old.
You get characters which are at a university taught by veteran Looney Tunes characters, starring the talented Charlie Adler (Cow and Chicken, Ahhh real monsters) and we have Buster Bunny and Babs Bunny(no relation) in the starring roles, a parody of Bugs Bunny. Plucky Duck is a parody of Daffy Duck... You get the idea The show goes into university days of these characters.
The show is fun and surprisingly not dated. The jokes still hold water today, mainly because they're recycling the classic Looney Tunes ways, but the set is still so much fun to see these cartoons again.
The set contains 4 discs and 1 is double sided (I hate double sided discs) with a nice box styled box and easy to navigate menu's. With a Play All option and episode selection and language selection (ask if you want to know specifics for that)
This set is the start, from the pilot, to the first half and I'd say the better half of Tiny Toons. But don't let that put you off the second half of season 1. It has some brilliant episodes.

here is the episode break down.

Kon-Tiki: Across the Pacific in a Raft
Kon-Tiki: Across the Pacific in a Raft
I first read "Kon-Tiki" when I was a young girl. It has stayed with me my whole life. My long-suffering mother allowed me to paint my room with murals of a huge Kon-Tiki head and imagined Polynesian scenes. Heyerdahl's descriptions of the raft's journey are so vivid, I could recall many of them almost word-for-word.
I've long wanted to re-read the book, and gave it to myself as a birthday present. While Heyerdahl's theories of migration are still controversial (though recent DNA evidence may be backing him up more than previously believed), and, very unfortunately, there are undeniably racist elements present in both these theories and his depictions of "brown" people (something I did not realize when young and did not remember), the adventure story still is amazing. I don't at all regret the inspiration it gave and gives to live an adventurous, unafraid life..

Pizza Pan With Holes, 2 Pack Carbon Steel Perforated Non-Stick Tray Tool Crispy 12inch Round for Home Kitchen
“ No more pizza from the store”
Easy to use, easy to clean, makes very crispy pizza if you use less dough and bake it for a few minutes before adding any toppings. If you make thicker dough, it can come out a nice and soft pan pizza. It is also great for making frozen pizza with no mess. It's alot better than pizza stone, more durable, light weight, doesn’t smell weird, way less expensive and makes awesome pizza.

What can I say? It's a collection of works from the late, great John Muir. The man is legendary. His writing may come across as a little dry to modern readers, but then most works written in that time period tend to be. It is mainly his observations of the natural world around him. It is very good and for those interested in Muir this is a nice collection of his essays and the book cover is quite lovely in person.

My main complaint is that I do wish he wrote more about the details of his day to day life. What he ate, what shelter, if any, he lived in? He doesn't talk much about that kind of stuff. Mainly just describing what he sees, which can get a little boring after a while to be honest.
Conversations with Leo Tolstoy ('Conversations with')
Conversations with Leo Tolstoy ('Conversations with')
I wanted to hear about Tolstoy, as well as listen to some of his classic works, long or short. Simon Parke's Conversations with Leo Tolstoy featured in online holdings as the only choice. Part of Parke's clever series using himself as a slightly hesitant interviewer hosting great thinkers, here Andy Harrison enlivens Tolstoy in his own words. However, this encounter is long after his mid-life conversion which lured him away from literary circles as he pursued his dogged spiritual quests.

It makes me wonder about Parke with Mozart, Van Gogh, Meister Eckhardt, Arthur Conan Doyle, and Jesus. It's a pleasingly disparate set of topics that Parke, assuming the hesitant delivery of a "Very British" pundit-journalist, delves into with Leo. Not only violence, war, and pacifism, but marriage, belief, science, and vegetarianism. For the audio, Andy Harrison fulminates appropriately, as his passionate advocacy of abstention from many delights as well as cruelties characterized his later life.

He despised King Lear, too. So, while I did not get much of the literary fame and fictional achievements, I did learn in these in-depth four hours quite a lot about Tolstoy's spirit. You understand better why his family relations were so tumultuous, and why he courted great fame.

One of Horatio Alger's better books, over thirty chapters long and free, well worth a read
Boundary Lines: A Selection from Hearts Untamed
Boundary Lines: A Selection from Hearts Untamed
Jillian Baron wasn't raised with a bunch of loving words and caring touches, but she knew she was loved anyway by her grandfather. When he died, he left the ranch to her, Utopia, and she was very determined to make it grow and make her grandfather proud of her.
Her family has been feuding with the next door neighboring ranch, Double M, for as long as she can remember but has no idea what started the feud. Aaron is Murdock's grandson and is now running that ranch.
When Jillian and Aaron meet for the first time, it is a shockingly wet experience and yet the sparks fly. Jillian is determined to fight the attraction, but every time he kisses her, her mind goes blank. Then her body starts responding of it's own will.
When 500 head of Jillian's cattle turn up missing, the clues point to the Murdock's and an attempt to reignite the old feud. Jillian knows in her heart that they didn't do, but there is very little to go on. They find the hides and bones of 200 cattle buried in a canyon. There is no clue as to where the rest are at.
While she fights to keep from losing everything, Jillian must also fight her feelings for Aaron, but she is definitely losing that battle. A good read.
Westward the Tide: A Novel
Westward the Tide: A Novel
I read a lot of books and have always liked the style of louis l'amour,he can paint a picture in words that make you feel that you are actualy back in the wild west, his characters are true to life and very believable, also he portrays people with real emotions and fear's, not all his characters are fearless as in some western novels, he doe's not fall into the trap of gun fights all the time like some western Authors, he portrays characteristics and mannerisms that build a picture of the person he is writing about, and I would recommend his work to anybody who wants to try a western novel as i feel that there is nobody better. only Zane Grey comes a close 2nd in my mind but that is a personal thing, so go on try any of his western books you might be surprised?. 5 STARS
The Daybreakers: The Sacketts, Book 6
The Daybreakers: The Sacketts, Book 6
Not his best and some anomalies with the earlier books in the Sackett series. The first Sackett, Barnabas, came from the Fen country in eastern England in the early 1600s. If Orrin and Tye were descendants it’s hard to see how they’d have had Welsh accents.
However, this was written in 1960 more than ten years before the preceding books and was the first Sackett book he wrote.
There is an error at 23% into the book. Much has been said about Orrin and Tye having no ‘learning’ and having a wish to learn to read and yet Orrin picks up a letter at the burnt out wagons and tells us the victims of the Indian attack had a 16 year old daughter at home.
Great climax to the book as we’ve come to expect from Louis L’Amour
Bannon Brothers: Trust (Bannon Brothers series Book 1)
Bannon Brothers: Trust (Bannon Brothers series Book 1)
This is just an average "read." The gist of the story revolves around the kidnapping case of Ann Montgomery. She was taken from her parent's mansion in Virginia when she was three years old. So it is really a "cold" case when cop RJ Bannon becomes intrigued by it. Bannon is recovering from wounds he incurred in another investigation and decides to re-visit the Montgomery abduction case.
By chance, Bannon visits an art show and buys a painting he likes from an artist who refers to herself only as "Erin."
Yes, you've probably figured it out already---Erin is the elusive Ann Montgomery---now a very attractive young lady.
This has all the right elements to be a good detective story, except Erin, AKA Ann Montgomery, is not a particularly likable character. She seems a bit shallow and not as sincere as Bannon, who is a very likable, strong character in the book and doesn't somehow seem worthy of his love for her. More time should have been spent building a strong relationship between Bannon and Erin and not so much time spent on Erin's rather unlikable father, his horses and his live-in, Caroline, who is also not very likable. Just when the relationship seems to be strengthening between Erin and Bannon----the plot shifts to Erin's father and his problems.
Bannon definitely comes out as the star in this novel. But if you are a devotee of Janet Dailey, you will probably not be sorry you purchased the book.
Madness
Madness
A collection of disturbing thinking and gory consequences, a world just around the corner, a point of view without the point, a dangerous corridor of many doors, that hide killers, chancers and the dilutional.

Roald Dahl in his writing for adults is of clearly of a period and very much of a class system that is less felt now, this makes some of his writing seem much older than it is, most of the characters live in a world where money is abundant if not infinite, a world that is much less represented by modern writers.

Good short stories with a twist in the tail and poison in the fangs.
Grey's Anatomy Season 16
Grey's Anatomy Season 16
It is not a scam. Season 16 has not even aired on live TV yet. If you read the details it clearly states the episodes are available the day after they air on ABC. Meaning Episode 1 of Season 16 will show on Prime tomorrow 9/27/19. I purchased this last year and it always comes the day after. The bonus episode available is a look back. It even says it next to the episode. It's worth it if you're a Greys fan and do not have access to ABC in any other way. I'll be watching every Friday 😁
Zane Grey, Collection novels Volume III
Zane Grey, Collection novels Volume III
This is a review of content only, as I can only assume certain things about the actual physical book, such as five long Zane Grey novels taking only 522 pages to print them, so I have to assume the print is very tiny or they have been abridged. That is the reason for the three stars, because of this. As to the novels themselves this is an eclectic grouping containing the first novel Zane Grey wrote, Betty Zane, about his real life ancestors and their contribution to the country before and during the American Revolution; The Young Forester, a Ken Ward "book for boys" as they were advertised back then; The Day of the Beast, Zane Grey's social commentary on society following the First World War; The U. P. Trail, his historical novel about the construction the first transcontinental railroad; and Wildfire, a romance featuring one of Zane Grey's best loved horses. These five make up a wide variety of his work and all of them need to be rated five stars with the exception of Day of the Beast which is okay, but not his best work. His wife, Dolly, had urged Zane not to write this book, and his publisher, Harpers, was not too entusiastic either, proclaiming in large letters on the book jacket--Not A Western--so to warn the public. Yet it does give the reader a clue into the man who wrote such a work, and how he felt about drinking and smoking and the promiscuous age of the 1920's. My advice is get each one of these books by themselves, preferably in hardback, as you WILL want to read them time and again over the years.
Airport 75
Airport 75
Airport 1975 is one of those films you are either going to like or not. It truly represents both the worst and the best of the 1970's disaster flics. Its often been lampooned - and for good reason! Yet, after not seeing it for many decades, I found it wasn't exactly the disaster everyone tends to make it out to be.

What's wrong with the film? Too little character development and too many big named stars with nothing to do. In a Hollywood where egos rule, one can see why a legend like Gloria Swanson who hadn't been in the limelight for years would accept a large salary to show up and write her own lines. Unfortunately, this "return" was not another Sunset Boulevard and the talents of Helen Reddy, Linda Blair, Myrna Loy and Sid Caesar could be put to better use.

The pluses? Karen Black is by far the stand out in the movie. The cross eyed actress with that scary frozen stare can fly any plane I am on at any time. LOL! The aerial photography is also second to none - unlike the embarrasing model used in the original Airport, its great to see no expense spared to gussy up a real 747 and fly it in spectacular shots along with a military helicopter, a lear jet and mountain ranges.

The innocence of the days when flying was fun is also interesting to note in the film. The captain smoking in the cockpit, the ultra-nausea color scheme of the cabins and the flight crew joking about their next score while people actually looked forward to going someplace. I rememer flying before the security conscience regime of today and this movie just could not work the same way if it was remade today. Which is likely its biggest problem - it screams the 1970s. However if you are a fan of the 1970s and disaster flics you might be enticed to sit through two hours of this stuff.

Definitely not the best disaster flic - the original Airport was far more classier and Airport '77 at least had deeper characterizations. Its cheesy fun at its best though and its a well made cheese.
The Hottie Next Door (Ellora's Cave)
The Hottie Next Door (Ellora's Cave)
"Good Girls Don't" by Shiloh Walker. Lori catches her fiancé Dirk in their bed with Sara. She kicks to the curb the cheating ex and goes to the Exposé Sex Club for adventure. Her next door neighbor Detective Mike responds to her fantasy because she has been his fantasy for quite awhile.

"Drop Dead Sexy" by Elisa Adams. Joy is writing a magazine article on how women can make their man's fantasy come true. She asks her neighbor Nathan if she can interview him. He says that's only words; instead let him demonstrate what he desires from his woman with her.

"Virgin Seeks Bad-Ass Boy" by Ruth D. Kerce. Twenty-four years old librarian Alice has seen Caleb with all types of women and decides she wants a piece of the action. She brazenly informs him she wants him to deflower her. He tries to talk her out of it, but acquiesces when she mentions her second choice twice divorced and much older Ed.

These three well written erotic romantic novellas are entertaining tales because each author insures the lead neighbors are fully developed (and not just in one male organ) before they work the sheets, tables and a few other hard and soft spots.

Bleach, Vol. 66 (66)
Bleach, Vol. 66 (66)
Super shōnen manga, je le conseille aux amateurs du genre;

Harry Potter Adult Robe
Harry Potter Adult Robe
I got this from the US Amazon and ordered a different brand from the German Amazon. While the prices were comparable the German one (manufactured in Asia) was FAR superior to this. This costume from Rubies is probably fine and had I not gotten the one from Germany I may have been ok with it...

This is made of a very thin material that probably won't last too long. There were lots of loose threads. The Gryffindor color fabric around the hood was very washed-out and the "patch" was screened on (which I saw in other reviews so expected it). The closure is some weird clasp that has to be connected to both sides of the fabric and is totally unnecessary as a simple fabric-covered button and loop would have sufficed. I'll probably keep it since it is for a photo booth, but I expect that the clasp will be lost in the process and the fabric will be ripped somewhere.

Beauty and the Beast - Kaunotar ja hirviĂs [Blu-Ray]+[Blu-Ray 3D] (IMPORT) (No English version)

World War II Films Collection DVD
World War II Films Collection DVD
Though these films may not satisfy every WWII film expert with an extensive library of documentaries, for the modest collector and history buff, they are an amazing value. For less than a cup of coffee you get over 3 hours of extraordinary wartime footage, with history coming alive in your living room, the way no book can ever reveal it. The first 2 films are propaganda made by the War Department, and are in remarkable condition, with visual and audio clarity that is rare considering their age.

# 1: "Prelude to War" is about how starting in 1931 Japan occupied Manchuria and invaded China, inflicting unimaginable horrors on the land and its people. It continues with Mussolini's invasion of Ethiopia in 1935, and we see Emperor Haile Selassie pleading for help before the League of Nations, to no avail.

#2: "The Nazi Strike" was directed by Frank Capra, and you will see in this film England's Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain in front of a cheering crowd, waving a piece of paper with Hitler's signature on it, claiming "Peace in our time." Little did they know what their naivete would bring them in the months to come. You will also see Hitler's invasion of Poland and how the Polish people heroically tried to fight back.

#3: "The Secret Life of Hitler" is marred by severe deterioration in the film, some of it which goes back to the 1920's and early 30's, but it is still interesting in parts. The former unemployed housepainter becomes the terror of the world. The "secret" element isn't much, other than seeing Eva Braun doing gymnastics and frolicking at parties. It also chronicles the Soviet entry into Berlin, a city which by that time was not much more than a heap of rubble, and Hitler's final hours.

#4: "Nuremberg Trials." Like the first 2 films, this one is also in good condition. It is dramatically narrated and quite detailed and descriptive, with excellent camerawork. Never has there been a line-up of defendants like this. We see them as their sentences are given, and those who hung on the end of a rope are shown after death, lying on bunks with the rope still around their necks, and later it is said "their ashes have been dispersed to the wind." We also see the grotesque displays from concentration camps of boxes of gold teeth, skin ready to be made into gloves, and photos of corpses that were to be turned into soap.

I am giving this DVD 5 stars despite the weaknesses in the 3rd film because of its having so much historical value for such a low price. May we never forget the souls who suffered and lost their lives in this terrifying war, and may documentaries like the ones on this DVD always be viewed so that we will remember, and hopefully learn from history.

Hallmark Keepsake Christmas Ornament 2020, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
by itself, the topper plays "Hedwig's Theme" and also thunderstorm sound effects; and also the lights change color. connect it to a Harry Potter storyteller ornament and it unlocks more sounds and effects (see my posted video with the topper connected to Harry Potter ornament). this toppers, although the same from 2019, is boxed in the 2020 "red" box version/design, which is different from the 2019 box design, which is mostly white with a photo of the topper on front. being that it's not yet Christmas, I have yet to review how easy/difficult it will be to actually set the topper on top of the tree.
LEGO Harry Potter Minifigure Set - the Lab Polybag (30111)
LEGO Harry Potter Minifigure Set - the Lab Polybag (30111)
Bought last year as a Christmas stocking filler for our Grandson, this is a very small set that comes in a plastic bag, and not in a box. It contains a Harry Potter minifigure and a cabinet with a variety of magic potion bottles, the cabinet has a hidden compartment, which reveals a letter and a horn, there's also a little spider included with the accessories. Set 30111 was a promotional item released in 2011, and was a free gift with the Sun newspaper in October of that year, the set was also a free gift with a number of Nintendo DS Harry Potter games, making it quite rare and hard to find. Overall, a nice little set, and although it fits in with the later Lego Wizarding World releases, it's really only for Lego Harry Potter collectors.
The Magic of Houdini
The Magic of Houdini
This was an OK documentary. It covered the normal things that they do when they do an expose on Houdini. But I am still waiting for someone to make a documentary and actually interview Houdini and actually show us how he was able to disappear , where did he go when he was invisible? How was he able to walk through walls, how was he able to stay under water for up to 4 days without breathing. Did the government test him for high energy levels? Where did his powers come from. Hopefully someone will answer these questions soon.
WESTLINK Hooded Robe Cloak Knight Cosplay Costume Cape - New Version - Bigger Cape (Double Cloth) with Strings
WESTLINK Hooded Robe Cloak Knight Cosplay Costume Cape - New Version - Bigger Cape (Double Cloth) with Strings
Bought an XL, I am 6'1" with a slim build. The fitting is actually really good length comes to about 6 or 7 inches off the floor which isn't bad. My major complaint is the hood, it's not as wide and oversized as the picture, it also doesn't have the pull strings pictured. Was going for a jedi look but sadly the small hood doesn't quite cut it. Heads up for those looking to match the look pictured. Shipping was fast and price was good, so I'll still be using this for costume/cosplay but will be on the lookout for a higher quality more movie accurate one in the future.

Also for anyone unsure, this is just the robe. No tunic or pants or anything despite the title saying "tunic".

UPDATE: I am revising my rating (previously 3/5 stars), because of this company's fantastic customer service and how quickly they reached out to address concerns I brought up.

I have been told they plan on revising the design of this robe, and I look forward to the future changes. Keep this in mind anyone in the future who may be interested, you may actually be getting a different version of those previously reviewed.
16 Pcs BandanasMulti-Purpose Bandanas Paisley Cowboy Polyester Headbands 22x22 inch
16 Pcs BandanasMulti-Purpose Bandanas Paisley Cowboy Polyester Headbands 22x22 inch
It's my fault. The description does tell you they are polyester. I just wasn't paying attention. Polyester is NOT an effective bandana material unless you only use them for some kind of decoration. The colors are great. That is why I ordered them. But, beware, they do not do anything that a bandana should do. Because they are polyester they don't even wipe/soak up water. I bought them to use as a headband and wipe off sweat while running in super humid Alabama. Don't buy these if you are actually using them for something besides a decoration. I wish I could get my money back. I guess I'll just give them to Goodwill. Bummer.

allcaca Fast Charging Station for Multiple Devices-Charging Station Family Charge Docking Station & Organizer with 6 USB Ports Mixed Cables-Compatible with iPhone iPad and Android Phone and Tablet
Got this to have an extra charging station in our home. My kid has special needs & we have many devices like iPads, iPhone, android phones & fire tablets for him. I chose this one because it provided the different cables. The short cables made the new charging area much tidier than our other charging areas. We don't use all the ports to maximize charging but our devices have been charged as needed. We have a station just for magnetic charging now after freeing up ports with this.
Despite what the description says, the capacity of this station is either 8A/40W or 10A/50W MAX. Base of the station says 8A but the manual & description says 10A. It charges android devices & bluetooth devices well but I can't be sure if it will do devices like 5 or 6 iPads at full speed.

Handmade, Holiday, Homicide: Book #10 in the Kiki Lowenstein Mystery Series (Can be read as a stand-alone.)
Once again Joanna Campbell Slan has given us a terrific story about Kiki Lowenstein and her ever-growing circle of family and friends. She handles them with a touch of humor; there were times I was reading the book while I was at Starbucks and seriously laughed out loud!

Joanna presents a wide range of personalities - from a vengeful aunt, growing older mothers, , loving family members, empathetic co-workers, a misguided individual (to put it mildly - I don't want to spoil anything!), and an alcoholic mother-in-law. We all might have one or two of these in our lives - but all of them? Kiki has a lot on her scrapbook page with this one! Not to mention that she is far along in her pregnancy!

I wish I could be more like Kiki - juggling family, a business, and a killer (okay, maybe not the killer part!) with the flexibility of removable adhesive. Even when she is at the police station, she has enough presence of mind to give out business cards and coupons!

The main craft element in this story is Zentangle. I learned a little about it this fall. Joanna did a great job of explaining it through out the story. It made me want to get out my tiles and give it another go! Not only is a tangle part of Zentangle, the story is a tangle of emotions, personality, and murder.
Caterpillar - Botas de trabajo con punta de acero para hombre
Caterpillar - Botas de trabajo con punta de acero para hombre
I have now bought two pairs of these boots.

They are okay.

They are not overly comfortable, but they get the job done and are not terrible.

My first pair lasted...period. Only got a new one when I did because my employer pays $75 towards a new pair every year so...why wouldn't I?

I am a truck driver who both drives and spends quite a bit of time unloading and the toes in these boots certainly have saved me quite a bit of pain and actually become useful for kicking things like pallets around, saving my back a bit.

Point: These are well made, durable, sturdy boots. A good buy for less than $100. The only two things I do not like about them that make these boots lose a star are:

1- The strings kind of suck. They broke fast and are overly stretchy for my liking. This is a minor issue, as nice strings are quite inexpensive (couple of dollars).
2- The boots could be more comfortable and the padding inside wears down within the first few months.

Overall, a solid inexpensive pair of boots that could last up to two years, but I would advise, for comfort sake, replacing at least yearly.
Softness Pink Faux Fur Rug 2 x 3 ft Sheepskin Area Rug Bedroom Shag Carpet Bathroom Rug
Softness Pink Faux Fur Rug 2 x 3 ft Sheepskin Area Rug Bedroom Shag Carpet Bathroom Rug
I received this pink rug in the 2 x 6’ sheepskin style. I’m happy with the rug, it looks true to the picture and also measures correctly to the advertised size. It is very soft to the touch. The rug arrives folded up tightly so when you first receive it there will be large creases, but I hung the rug and the creases are already falling out. Some parts of the rug don’t look quite as good as others. You can see some areas around the edges where the fabric looks a little snarled and it doesn’t look quite right. Still, this is an extremely inexpensive rug for the size, and overall the quality is still pretty good. It is comfy and soft and with some fluffing looks great in the corner under my full length mirror. I feel that the minor imperfections are acceptable due to the low cost of this rug.

Please note for the pictures, the lighting in my room makes this rug appear to be a bit more peach toned than it actually is. It is true to the advertised color which is a soft cotton candy pink.
Paint by Sticker Kids: Zoo Animals: Create 10 Pictures One Sticker at a Time!
Paint by Sticker Kids: Zoo Animals: Create 10 Pictures One Sticker at a Time!
For Christmas gift giving at family functions, I like to get the kids something that they can actually play with right away (so the grownups can relax with their adult beverages, chat, and watch football). This sticker book is perfect for that, with an added bonus that it makes no loud noises nor requires batteries. After buying this book for the little ones, I shopped for the adult version for myself!

The picture pages and the sticker pages are both perforated, so you can tear them out and hand around to multiple kids. I got this book for my twin 1st-grade nieces, but I think younger kids could still be successful as long as they can recognize numbers and match them up. Most of the pictures need around 50 stickers to complete, so no boredom or frustration should set in.

My one star off is because this particular book has mostly monochromatic animals (hey, it's nature, right?). The pictures are still cool, but it would have been nice to have some more colorful animals to choose from: a parrot, fish, or butterfly?

ORIENTAL CHERRY Arts and Crafts for Kids Ages 8-12 - Make Your Own GEM Keychains - 5D Diamond Painting by Numbers Art Kits for Girls Kids Toddler Ages 3-5 4-6 6-8
My 4 year old daughter loves it. She sees me doing diamond paintings and wanted her own. Ive gotten her kinds with large gems you place with your hands. She was so excited about this because she uses a pen just like mommy!! They're super cute. Big downside though - the adhesive is across the whole keychain, not just where the gems go. This means if you don't seal it, it will be sticky and pick up all kinds of gunk. A keychain will be exposed to the elements so it will definitely get dirty. Luckily I have stuff to seal, although it takes away some sparkle. I might try to paint the sealant around the gems (which is difficult but will probably be worth it). [3 Pack] Camera Screen Protector for iPhone 12 PRO 5G (6.1”) Screen Protector Tempered Glass, Case Friendly No-Bubble HD Clear Anti-Scratch Camera Lens Screen Protector for iPhone 12 PRO 6.1
Please be aware that this camera protector is for the iPhone 12 PRO, not the iPhone 12. The cameras ARE different. Make sure you are purchasing the correct product for your device.

This protector is FANTASTIC, fits perfectly, and is easy enough to apply with the enclosed guide stickers. It came with a set of guide stickers, “lint sticker”, and an alcohol wipe for each individually-wrapped piece, as well as a small microfiber cloth. Everything you need to apply this out of the box, every time you need a new one.

I’m kind of surprised at how good the product is. It is thicker than I expected, but way more durable than the front screen protectors we’re all used to. I literally cannot tell a difference in photo quality between this product and not using a protector at all. I got too used to having a durable drop-case and screen protector with my old device, and when I upgraded, I went back to a clunky fully-encased waterproof POS case—who wants to risk a shiny new phone, amirite? I absolutely hated the full, bulky case, but that’s not what we’re reviewing here. I also didn’t want to bust up the brand new camera on my brand new device when I found a slimmer case. These were inexpensive enough for me to try out without worrying I was wasting money, and I will absolutely be ordering more when I need them. It adhered very well, no bubbling or peeling. Since it came in a 3 pack, I decided to really test them out. I applied one, left it several days and used my device as usual. (I’m not careless, but I tend to be hard on cases.) After a week, there was not a scratch or ding on this product at all, and I know I dropped my phone a few times—even cracked the front screen protector in two places (different brand). I tried to take this camera protector off just to see how difficult it would be. It was stuck on very securely! I had to use an old gift card to pry it up, and it still didn’t even crack! It can’t really be reapplied, due to the adhesive bunching up, but it’s a three pack. 🤷🏻‍♀️ AND I’ve still got one more in case the second one breaks!

I don’t review things very often, but I’m pleasantly surprised and impressed with this product. 10/10 recommend, but make sure you’re purchasing the right product for your device!

Evutec Compatible with iPhone 12 Pro Max Case, Aramid Fiber iPhone 12 Pro Max Cases Cover for iPhone 12 Pro Max 6.7 Inch, Unique Hard & Smooth Phone Case with AFIX+ Free Vent Mount
Ordered this to have ready when my new iPhone 12 Pro Max when it arrives. The size feels bigger than my Xs Max, but I think that is due to the shape of the new phone. Case feels great in the hand and feels solid. I will see how it fits the phone in 2 days, but I suspect that it will fit snug as my current Evutec case does. The magnet mount works great and should provide strong mount while driving. I’ll when I placed my current phone in case to test out wireless charging it worked fine, so it should be good with new MagSafe charger.

I used this company previously on my XS Max and it was decent so I decided to get it again & I had to write a review to say how easy it was to install. Had concerns at first since the product was new but it met my expectations and I’m very satisfied with this screen protector! Gives good tint from certain angles so no complains on that end. Can’t speak for the thickness of the protector as yet but I will update that when/if that time comes.

VIVO Freestanding Dual Computer Monitor Mount, Fully Adjustable VESA Stand with Base for Two (2) Ultra Wide Screens up to 38" (STAND-V102AF)
I purchased this for my work from home office. I have two 32' displays that I mounted. First, let me say I used two HDMI televisions with PC support they weigh about as much if not less than a standard 32' monitor. So I'll list about my pro and cons here:

PROS
If you're looking to mount two monitors and whatever you do doesn't really require real changes in your viewing this would work, it's sturdy enough

The desk clamp is large and easily fit the thickness of my desk's tabletop. Once, it's tightened it stays in place

CONS
1.I've used quit a few monitor mounts and have one in my office at work. Typically you simply have to attach the mounting plates to the standard screws on the back of the monitor and the monitor snaps on the mount in some way. NOT so with this mount the plates attach to the monitor but then you have slide them onto the mounting arm which is then secured with a small cap screw. One of which crumpled and broke off applying very light pressure. THe monitors immediately droop over and the tenstion screw is hidden by plastic caps, not a very good design

2.The stand is only capable of horizontal and lateral adjustments. If you want to adjust the height, you have to completely remove the support bolts for the arms, lower or raise the height, then reinsert the bolts. If you're trying to do that by yourself, good luck, you most likely will have to unmount the monitors to make that adjustment...A HUGE PAIN!!!! If you're looking for that sweet spot to get your monitors at that perfect position so that you're not looking up or staring down....DO NOT BUY THIS MOUNT.

3.I've got two different monitors, one curved and the other a flat 32' inch. As you can see from the picture. The mounting panel for the curved monitor is lower at the base of the monitor while the flat is more toward the center. Because the mounting arms do not adjust independently vertically, the misaligned by a wide amount. Not a big deal but it drives me crazy

4.Lastly, if you mounting these in a place where your space is a little limited, these are again a pain and poorly designed. The mounting arms are jointed to allow them to assumably support and proper spacing adjustments for two wide screen monitors. The problem again is if you want to say push these monitors together to get a seamless workspace AND your table needs to be flush against the wall, with your monitors pushed together, the arms form a sort of "M" shape which means only the points of the M are flush, if you need to adjust them any further, you'd have to move the entire desk forward, which I personally don't want to do.

So all in all, not saying this monitor does do what it says, but the poor design has me hunting for something a bit more adjustable.

Check out Grandma in her Women's T-shirt. She's rockin it and Grandpa's loving it! Grandma is shown wearing a large. I ordered her normal size to make sure that Grandma was comfortable in her shirt. She was and she loved it!

This turned out to be a very nice womanly fit. Not a snug fitting junior style, but shorter sleeves and some curve to it, it's a nice fitting t-shirt without out it looking manly! Soft, nicely fitting t-shirts. I ordered multiple sizes in these shirts for multiple people and they fit as expected. I had pre-washed them and then put iron-on vinyl and tie-dyed them. No major shrinkage in the wash, no fading or bleeding since they've been tie-dyed. They are great.
These shirts arrived as expected.
My favorite quality is that these shirts REALLY ARE BREATHABLE. They do wear cooler than most cotton t-shirt. I put it on not expecting a large difference, but it's there. And for a mama bear that gets HOT.....this is a great t-shirt!
They are reasonably soft (about a 8 on the scale of 1-10)
Softly shaped womanly fit
Nice round neckline
Crisp clean color.
No off-white yellow color.
I'd order them again.
